Barry Kaye  Of Counsel

Barry D. Kaye draws on his extensive experience and deep legal knowledge to provide counsel to Fenton Jurkowitz Law Group clients. With nearly three decades of experience, Barry has represented a variety of clients in litigation and transactional matters.  Barry’s ability to navigate the complexities of litigation, negotiation, and arbitration has resulted in a successful track record in bringing added value to his clients.

Barry has also served as an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and a mediator for the California Court of Appeal.

Life Outside the Firm

Barry is a lecturer at the University of Southern California law school where he teaches negotiation and mediation, as well as courses on corporate governance.

Barry also volunteers as a Mediator for the Fourth Appellate District, Division 2 of the California Court Appeal, and as a pro bono attorney for the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles (LAFLA), representing victims of domestic violence.
