Renowned Pharmacy Lawyer Herb Weinberg Leaves McGuireWoods to Join Fenton Jurkowitz Law Group
Los Angeles, CA – April 08, 2015 – Renowned pharmacy attorney Herb Weinberg has left McGuireWoods to join Fenton Jurkowitz Law Group, one of the nation’s leading healthcare law firms.
Mr. Weinberg, a licensed pharmacist who has owned and operated a dozen pharmacies in Southern California, has been practicing in the healthcare law arena for more than 30 years, and has represented hundreds of pharmacists and pharmacies in regulatory matters before the Board of Pharmacy, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Department of Justice (DOJ). He also assists pharmacies with responses to audits conducted by third party payers and has presided over, and documented, the purchases and sales of more than two hundred pharmacies.
