Nick Jurkowitz successfully defended a physician and surgeon client in a disciplinary proceeding regarding a violation. The California Medical Board issued a citation against the physician and surgeon client alleging inadequate record keeping. Nick appealed the California Medical Board’s citation order and, after an informal hearing on the issue, the California Medical Board agreed with Nick and issued a revised order lifting the citation order and clearing the physician of any wrongdoing.
