On April 1, 2016, partner Benjamin Fenton, aided by associate Henry Martone, successfully argued against the Medical Board’s imposition of an Interim Suspension Order against a physician. In denying the Interim Suspension Order, the court cited many of the arguments made by Mr. Fenton and Mr. Martone both orally and in his opposition motion.
