Fenton Jurkowitz Law Group’s Regulatory and Transactional Chair Beth Kase has been reappointed as Vice Chair of the American Bar Association’s Healthcare Policy Task Force. Influential voices in the public policy debate, members of the “Task Force” actively engage in shaping healthcare law and regulations. As Vice Chair, Beth will participate in the 2014 Health Law Section Leadership Conference from July 18-19, 2014 in Denver. Beth’s service on the Healthcare Policy Task Force and her continuing participation as Chair, Program Coordinator and/or Speaker at various healthcare programs on current healthcare topics keeps her on the front lines of the rapidly evolving field of healthcare law.
