Beth Kase and Marissa Segal successfully represented an association made up of small employers in an Affordable Care Act matter regarding employer procurement of health insurance. Beth and Marissa assisted the client in navigating recent changes under the Affordable Care Act, and successfully preserved the association’s right to be rated as one large group rather than separate, smaller employer groups. As a result, Beth and Marissa helped to preserve the association’s single large employer rates and the health insurance benefits available to its members.
