Founding partner Henry Fenton successfully defended a psychoanalyst against claims made by a plaintiff alleging the psychoanalyst violated the California Business and Professions Code. After hearing Mr. Fenton’s case, the California Medical Board concluded that there was no basis for discipline or other action and it immediately closed the investigation.
