Claire Fenton, formerly with Physicians’ Advocates, in Berkeley, CA, will run Fenton Jurkowitz Law Group’s Oakland office. Ms. Fenton has a diverse healthcare law practice that includes representation of healthcare entities and professionals. Her focus is on regulatory compliance; fraud and abuse; privacy issues; entity formation; corporate governance; business transactions; practice management; Stark and Anti-kickback; administrative proceedings; and contracting, licensure and certification.
